Do you publish enterprise pricing?+
No. Partner and enterprise pricing depends on volume and licence scope, so we quote it case by case. Self-serve API plans up to Growth are on the API pricing page.
Can you design a custom font for us?+
No, custom font creation is not something we offer. Partners license our existing 320+ library through the engine.
Do we get the font files?+
No. The fonts stay on our servers. Your product receives finished artwork (editable SVG or PNG) for each request.
What availability do you commit to?+
Enterprise contracts carry a 99.9% monthly availability target, with service credits on Enterprise contracts. No uptime guarantee on self-service plans. Live health and uptime history are on the status page.
We are outside India. How does billing work?+
All plans are charged in Indian rupees (INR). International cards are accepted; your bank converts at its own rate. US-dollar figures are approximate. Need to pay in US dollars or need a USD invoice? Email reach@studio99.app and we will arrange it.
