Remove or alter any watermarks, credits, or proprietary notices

4. Intellectual Property

All artworks, designs, logos, text, and other content on Studio99 are the exclusive property of Studio99 or its licensors. Our content is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Downloading artworks grants you a license to use them, not ownership of the artwork itself.

5. User Accounts

Some features may require you to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. You must provide accurate information and promptly update any changes. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

6. Purchases and Payments

For premium content purchases:

All prices are listed in INR (Indian Rupees) and USD (US Dollars)
Payments are processed securely through our payment partners
Purchases are final and generally non-refundable
We reserve the right to modify prices at any time
Access to purchased content is granted immediately upon successful payment

7. Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales are final. However, we may consider refunds in exceptional circumstances, such as technical issues preventing download or duplicate purchases. Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of purchase via our contact form.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, STUDIO99 SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE PAST 12 MONTHS.
